WOW. This was so not what I was expecting. I've read a couple of Jayne's other works and they were steamy off the charts. I was thinking this was going to be short and steamy but it was so much more than that. It was seriously emotional and I shed both sad and happy tears, in that order. It was amazing to me how quickly Jayne was able to get me invested in the characters raw emotions. So well written Jayne. Highly recommended.Product details

This was the first audiobook that I have ever listened to, and I was not disappointed! I thought that I would not enjoy hearing a book read aloud versus reading the book itself BUT I was so wrong.
First, Gregory Salinas does a great job of bringing life to the characters. The dialogue sections actually felt like real life conversations, and it was easy for me to get involved in the story. I also appreciated that his voices for the female characters were not over the top and shrilly--all of the characters voices sounded natural. AND the male character voices were extremely sexy- as another reviewer mentioned, I'll be excited to hear more from Shep!
The storyline was excellent as well. I love a good story with some steamy scenes and a good ending for the characters- I don't want to give too much away! I enjoyed all of the detail included in the story. The length was perfect--I was able to listen to the whole story while getting some work done. I will be checking out more of Jayne Rylon's books very soon.
This was a fun first audiobook, and I will definitely be purchasing more books from this author AND this narrator.

I was lucky enough to get to have lunch with Gregory and Jayne while in San Antonio. It was so much fun meeting him in person (I’ve been privileged enough to meet Jayne multiple times and she is awesome.) and he was such a sweetie. I shared some thoughts with him after listening to him narrate Nice and Naughty and he read some snippets to a group of us. He was such a doll to read anything we put in front of him. lol Anyway I can totally tell that he listened to the feedback! He is much less mechanical this time around. Most of that was due to his precise enunciation of each word. I can tell he relaxed a bit more into it and it sounded great!
Ok now for the book. It’s pretty well documented that I love Jayne’s work and Report For Booty is no exception. The military always touches my heart and to have a military veteran and Wounded Warriors be a part of the book made me feel all mushy inside. I love the tattoo aspect of the story as well. I would have liked Chavon to fight a bit more when Burke found her but she was feisty enough to even it out. There isn’t a huge cast of characters but they each stood out so much it was a quick fun book to listen to. Check it out now!
Was not really thrilled with this one - needed more romance and build up. Read it and can't even remember the characters.
sweet story
As a former Woman Marine this book really appealed to me. Chavon and Burke never gave up on each other even though Burke felt he had to let her go when he was deployed. I loved the way all of the people involved worked to get them back together.
I thought this book would have deep characters but I found Burke to be a little weak and did not match Chavon's sassy, out there nature. He needed to be a little more gritty from the beginning.
I love it!! A man not wanting to hurt his girl but did anyway, the girl telling the man he should have known better and believed in there love. I love when a book can pull tears (well in my case within the 1st chapter to the last) No spoiler here. Perfect quick read and you can keep reading over and over and still have that feeling.... This is why I love this author. I have almost every book she has written and will continue to purchase them.
